Hua Hin

The charm of Hua Hin is that it still retains its fishing village serenity together with the modern conveniences of a luxury beach resort.
Hua Hin is situated on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand just 200 kilometers from the capital, Bangkok, it offers the ultimate getaway destination for the city's elite. Hua Hin became popular with the Royal Family following the construction of the southern railway in the 1920's, and is now the preferred home of His Majesty The King.

For many years, Hua Hin has been regarded as one of the best golfing locations in Thailand. You will be spoilt for choice here as there are 7 top quality courses all within a 30 minute drive of the town centre. Hua Hin is the location for Kite Boarding Asia, the top watersports teaching center in Thailand.

Pranburi and South of Town

If you’re an avid beachgoer who enjoy the classic beach elements of sun, sea, sand and warm, clear waters, Pranburi is not going to disappoint. Throw in a beautiful setting against the backdrop of verdant forests, a national park with mountains and an estuary, and you start getting the picture. On route to Pranburi from Hua Hin – about a 30-km drive – you will pass several quiet bays which are good for swimming. South of Pranburi is Khao Sam Roi Yot (‘three hundred peaks’) National Park with its rugged limestone hills, part of the Tenasserim Mountains, which line the coast. These are full of ravines and caverns, some of which can be reached by the park's network of roads and trails.

Pala U Waterfall

The Pala-u Waterfall is part of the Kaeng Krachan National Park. It is located about 60 Km west of Hua-Hin, near the Burmese border. The PaLa U Waterfall with its 16 steps, is one of the biggest waterfalls in Thailand, and the surrounding forest is over a thousand years old and is filled with rare wild animals..

Near the Pala-u Waterfall is a village called “Kareng” settled around 200 years ago by people of Burmese origin. Today the Villagers continue a lifestyle immersed in ancient tradition, also these People have their own language.
